It was time to sell the family home that was in a trust after 93 year young dad passed away in the nursing home, just months earlier. I was not looking forward to the whole process. My attorney gave me Cathy’s business card. I never expected her services to be so fantastic and professional! She quickly developed a market analysis plan after touring the house with us. This gave us the knowledge of the local RE market at this time. We were able to focus on cleaning out the house and preparing it for the market. She was so patient, as this was a major task after our family buying the house new over 60 years ago. Once it was on the market, it only lasted 3 day. Over 25 offers came, mostly over asking price. She held a Zoom call to go over the offers, since two of the 3 co-trustees were out of state. After the best offer was accepted, Cathy was there every step of the way with inspections, etc, and keeping us informed of buyers steps in the process. She promptly answered phone calls, text messages and emails never letting anything hang. We highly recommended to anyone who plans on putting a home on the market, and feel if you were looking for a home she be just as fantastic and professional. One last thing, she constantly thanked me for getting my tasks done she requested that helped with the sale as I was the local contact person for the estate! LS April 2025

We were referred to Cathy Lomasney by Rocket Homes, and from our very first interaction to the closing and beyond, Cathy consistently exceeded our expectations. Her dedication and thoroughness were evident from the outset. While we were searching for our new home, Cathy expertly helped us filter out properties that didn’t suit our needs by conducting thorough research and highlighting aspects we hadn’t considered. This saved us a significant amount of time and effort by allowing us to skip unsuitable options. Occasionally, Cathy visited properties ahead of us to identify and point out potential concerns that could affect our decision. Unlike other agents I’ve spoken to recently, Cathy never made me feel like she had to rush to a meeting or something. She knows the area very well and knows how to price a home. She gets back to a text in a timely manor. She had no problem keeping my daughter in the loop on everything as I don’t know the first thing about real estate and my daughter does. Cathy was very helpful to my wife and I. We were relocating from Texas and she was able to help us navigate the differences in the housing market in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. When it came time to sell our home, my wife and I wanted to be sure we worked with a realtor that we both felt comfortable with. We were concerned because we built our home with the help of our parents when we were kids, and had spent the last 34 years of our lives in our home.

"Your offer wasn't even the highest, but your agent was what got you the home" was the comment from the Seller's Agent shortly after getting the keys to our new home. My partner and I were relocating from MN to MA and we were lucky enough to get Cathy as our agent. Cathy was very supportive of our situation by taking us on virtual tours of potential homes, pointing out the pros/cons of each home, and quickly getting out offers we wanted to make. We worked with Cathy to buy our first home. She's extremely responsive and communicative, with a great knowledge of the market and attention to detail. We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Our home search was broad, and when we found and fell in love with a place that was well outside the area that Cathy normally focuses on, she stuck with us and helped us close on our first home despite the inconvenience. She was extremely supportive in walking through the inspection with us and explaining the process in detail every step of the way. We can't recommend her enough; if you have the chance to work with her, don't miss out!
