Over The Top Experience!

It was time to sell the family home that was in a trust after 93 year young dad passed away in the nursing home, just months earlier. I was not looking forward to the whole process. My attorney gave me Cathy’s business card. I never expected her services to be so fantastic and professional! She quickly developed a market analysis plan after touring the house with us. This gave us the knowledge of the local RE market at this time. We were able to focus on cleaning out the house and preparing it for the market. She was so patient, as this was a major task after our family buying the house new over 60 years ago. Once it was on the market, it only lasted 3 day. Over 25 offers came, mostly over asking price. She held a Zoom call to go over the offers, since two of the 3 co-trustees were out of state. After the best offer was accepted, Cathy was there every step of the way with inspections, etc, and keeping us informed of buyers steps in the process. She promptly answered phone calls, text messages and emails never letting anything hang. We highly recommended to anyone who plans on putting a home on the market, and feel if you were looking for a home she be just as fantastic and professional.
