A fantastic home buying experience with Cathy Lomasney

We worked with Cathy to buy our first home. She's extremely responsive and communicative, with a great knowledge of the market and attention to detail. We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Our home search was broad, and when we found and fell in love with a place that was well outside the area that Cathy normally focuses on, she stuck with us and helped us close on our first home despite the inconvenience. She was extremely supportive in walking through the inspection with us and explaining the process in detail every step of the way. Cathy was very helpful to my wife and I. We were relocating from Texas and she was able to help us navigate the differences in the housing market in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. When we were unable to see something in person Cathy was more than willing to video call us and walk us through the homes. She is very detail oriented and is on top of her game. TK & LK
