We sent her a few examples of listings we liked early in our search, and she did a deep dive researching each property, including things like water quality and other possible environmental concerns that we would not have thought to ask about up front. Attention to Detail!
Cathy’s attention to detail and exceptional communication skills has kept us on track and up to date every step of the way. This is our 2nd house that we’ve bought using Cathy as our agent.
