"Your offer wasn't even the highest, but your agent was what got you the home" was the comment from the Seller's Agent shortly after getting the keys to our new home. My partner and I were relocating from MN to MA and we were lucky enough to get Cathy as our agent. Cathy was very supportive of our situation by taking us on virtual tours of potential homes, pointing out the pros/cons of each home, and quickly getting out offers we wanted to make. Cathy is extremely knowledgeable on the industry and goes above and beyond for her clients. We will absolutely be calling Cathy when we need to buy/sell our next home.

When it came time to sell our home, my wife and I wanted to be sure we worked with a realtor that we both felt comfortable with. We were concerned because we built our home with the help of our parents when we were kids, and had spent the last 34 years of our lives in our home.

After our initial consultation with Cathy, I asked my wife what she thought, my wife responded “I like her”. I told my wife I liked Cathy as well. When Cathy returned with her market analysis, my wife and I were very pleased with the level of detail Cathy provided. After Cathy left our home for the second time, I asked my wife again what she thought, my wife responded “I think we selected the right realtor for us”. I told my wife I agreed.
